Biography
Peter Vlerick, PhD, received his MA and PhD in Psychology from Ghent University Belgium. He obtained his PhD for a thesis on antecedents and consequences of burnout in general hospital nurses. Currently, he is Assistant Professor in economic psychology at the Department of Personnel Management, Work and Organizational Psychology of Ghent University, Belgium. He is now involved in research on the relationship between employee well-being and customer satisfaction.
